b) made from zinc alloy, surface treatment by high temperature spraying,rust proof.

c) Designed to lock out different types of ball valve,clamp tight on hadle stop to prevent handle movement.

d) Device encloses the valve stem,with the hadle removed, to make accidental reactivation virtually impossible.

e) Accept up to 1 padlock,locking shackle max diameter 8mm, suitable for all lockey safety padlocks and regular lockout padlocks in the market.

f) Can be equipped together with hasps for multiple lockout usage.

g) For valve diameters from  1/4in (6mm) to 4in (101mm) on insulated pipes and in close quarters.

h) Regular English label, other languages or labels can be customized.
